Before I started, I was exercising, eating a very strict paleo diet, no alcohol, and yet several health problems: shortness of breath, overweight, pain, depression, anxiety, brain fog, lethargy, etc. Anxiety was so bad that I would get nearly catatonic, couldn't leave the house. Dr. Shark's neuro-nutrient therapy was a huge help for me. It's a slow process and requires some careful experimenting to find your perfect dosages, but with each step I made huge improvements. Dr. Shark let me ramble on about how I was feeling, and about the nuances of my depression and anxiety, and he used it to figure out what was missing in my brain chemistry. I will never take psychiatric medications again! I feel so much better using the amino acids than I ever did on psych meds. So, after 6 months of treatment, we did a review. I wish I could remember the exact percentages! But all of my symptoms had significantly improved. I think around 70% were completely resolved. I had a physical at the beginning and at the end to find points on my body that caused pain. I had (I think?) around 80% fewer spots than I had at the beginning. I no longer dread interactions with friends and family. I leave the house on a whim. I am constantly active and moving. I'm getting back into my hobbies and things I used to enjoy.
